I did some searching around and it may help to do the following:


Clear Temporary Internet files, and remember to check the box for Offline too!

To clear your Temporary Internet (this is for Windows/IE):

1. Click 'Tools' at the top of your IE browser..
2. Open Internet Options window.
3. Delete Cookies.
4. In Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files, including Offline.
5. Click OK.

Deleting your Temporary Internet files may take a few seconds to a few minutes if you haven't done it for awhile.

Clear your Cookies at the same time! This is important also, and should be part of your "safer" surfing habits.

Run Disk Cleanup

Disk Cleanup can clear space on your hard drive

To Run Disk Cleanup on Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP

1. Click Start, then click Programs, Accessories and System Tools.
2. From System Tools, click Disk Cleanup to begin.
3. Look at the files that will be deleted - most should be ok to delete.
4. Click OK.

Run Disk Defragmenter

To Run Disk Defragmenter on Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP

1. Click Start, then click Programs, Accessories and System Tools.
2. From System Tools, click Disk Defragmenter to begin.
3. Select the drive you want to defragment and click OK.

Defragmenting your hard drive may take a long time if you have not done it recently.
